The inspiration behind eroc, was to allow the opportunity to return to a 'Renaissance' approach where the Design Team in conjunction with the Contractor function as a master builder. By allowing the Architect and Contractor to function as a cooperative team we evolve the design concept into a viable project with efficiencies that save valuable time and money. This inclusive partnering model is simply a better methodology for today’s Owner.

We are producing a model for the ‘boutique’ commercial, retail and restaurant markets that existed only in multi-story or multi-million dollar projects. Our vision is to provide an Owner with the capability to implement their unique program goals quickly and cost effectively by using an all-inclusive partnering model.

eroc recognizes that building is a service business. It doesn't happen in a vacuum; we deal with people's needs and their organizational realities. Incorporating clients' unique requirements and working with innovative details may be difficult; but it's perfectly normal for us. Therefore, we give equal emphasis to every phase of the project. We know that good design is meaningless unless it is implemented with exceptional attentiveness and service. An experienced team member is intimately involved with every project. This allows eroc to focus its intellectual capital on intricate issues and quickly resolve potential stumbling blocks, leaving clients with the time they need to deal with their normal work.
