Domicile

Domicile is a retail furniture showroom located in a busy downtown mix use development. With such developments becoming the favorite delivery model in several cities, it is important for a client to stand-out in such a densely packed retail environment. John Eisen of StreetSense Retail acted as Construction Manager for the Owner and together we worked to provide a unique space in which to house thousands of pieces of furniture which had to be continually changed. eroc provided vertical transportation, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems along with custom copper covered millwork and 10,000 sf of multicolored, patterned stained concrete floors.
